As a Teaching Specialist, your role is vital in shaping the educational experiences of students through our AI-personalised worksheets, live class and onsite teaching. We are a powerful suite of complementary learning products designed to help students accelerate their academic performance.

Job Scope:

• Adapt and implement lesson plans following established guidelines and methodology to optimise the curriculum's effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes.
• Conduct interactive and dynamic classroom sessions that actively engage students, promoting critical thinking and active participation.
• Support any curriculum related work
• Evaluate students' progress and tailor recommendations and personalised plans based on their unique learning needs, leveraging learning analytics.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's academic progress.
• Provides 1-to-1 consultations through an in-house messaging platform to address students’ academic needs outside of the classroom.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• We welcome fresh graduates or those graduating soon; training will be provided.
• While teaching experience is preferred, it is not compulsory
• We are open to enthusiastic educators who are quick learners and have a passion for education.
• Display an energetic and dynamic personality that fosters an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering captivating and impactful lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Exhibit dedication and a proactive attitude in supporting student growth and progress.
• Possess a strong ease and familiarity with technology.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to support students who may not speak English well.

Class Schedule (Freelance):

• Weekdays from 3pm to 9pm OR
• Weekends from 9am to 6pm

Work Schedule (Full time):

• 3 weekdays + 2 weekends (12pm to 9pm / 9am to 6pm) OR
• 2 weekdays + 2 weekends (12pm to 9pm / 9am to 6pm)
