Primary Care Network Executive (Central-North / Up to $4.5k)

Job Title: Senior Executive / Executive
Location: Central Region

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Executive / Executive to support the Primary Care Network (PCN). The role involves engaging General Practitioners (GPs), handling PCN operations, managing funds, performing data analytics, and supporting quality improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GP Engagement

   • Support GP onboarding and facilitate the referral workflow within the clinics.

   • Maintain and update the list of GP partners.

2. PCN Operations & Administration

   • Serve as the point of contact for external service providers.

   • Provide secretariat support for meetings and assist with audits.

3. Funds Management

   • Verify invoices, raise payment requests, and liaise with finance teams.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

   • Prepare reports and track performance indicators.

   • Support data submissions to relevant stakeholders.

5. Team Management

   • Assist in team coordination, including leave forecasting and rostering.

   • Mentor junior staff and ensure smooth workflows.

6. Quality Improvement & Project Management

   • Support quality improvement initiatives and lead projects to enhance outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field.

• 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
