Work closely with Business Strategy & Operations Department to develop pricing strategy for each product to be distributed in Indonesia.
Responsible for every new product launch, minor change or improvement, and general price increase.
Consider every product pricing and profit request from manufacturer, and balance with market conditions and sales plan, to maximize sales and profit for every product.
Prepare pricing for management approval.
Handle product-related requests from distributors and manage communication and requests with Product Planning.
Responsible for handling department budget (annual preparation, management approval and submission, update regularly to Finance & Accounting Department upon request).
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain Management with 3 years of relevant experience.
No experience welcome as on-the-job training is provided.
Knowledge of product pricing concepts.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) to run analysis and visualization for reporting purposes.
Interest and flair for numbers, strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team player with a strong willingness to learn.
Able to travel overseas and work overtime when required.
