Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the pricing function for key lines of business, ensuring the accurate and efficient pricing of insurance products.
2. Apply your expertise in actuarial pricing to support strategic decision-making and maintain competitive positioning.
3. Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to influence pricing strategies and risk assessments.
4. Provide mentorship and development support to junior actuarial staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
5. Monitor and assess market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to ensure pricing models remain up to date and competitive.
6. Maintain strong relationships with underwriting, product development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

1. 6+ years of actuarial experience in pricing, preferably within the insurance industry.
2. Nearly qualified or qualified actuary (IFoA, SOA, or equivalent).
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies across various insurance products.
4. Strong technical proficiency in actuarial pricing models, data analysis, and relevant software tools.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex actuarial concepts to non-actuarial stakeholders.
6. A strong team player with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and market trends.
