Price Kaki Operations Assistant

Join the Price Kaki team in helping Singapore consumers to look for the best and most valued products in the market.

Responsibility:

• Assist in the daily management and optimization of the mobile app.
• Provide administrative support to the product operations team, include data entry, reporting and task management.
• Contribute to planning and executing user engagement activities, such as roadshows, workshops and community events.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Actively participate in offline outreach initiatives, such as community events and volunteer programs.
• Comfortable to meet and communicate with volunteers
• Assist in coordinating and executing online and offline contests and events.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC, specialising in Business, Services and Hospitality.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in software or service industry will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
