The Role:

1. Prepare lesson plans with objectives and learning outcomes that will engage children and meet varying needs and learning styles.
2. Plan and prepare class projects, field trips, and other experiential activities.
3. Develop and shape children’s character and moral values.
4. Responsible for the upkeep of the classroom and centre’s environment.
5. Participate in event management as well as marketing and sales activities.
6. Build and maintain relationships with parents.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education.
