Preschool Principal

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in day to day operations of preschools, ensuring the operation standards are in compliance with the regulations, guidelines and policies from the relevant regulatory agencies and company.
• Provides mentorship and support to the teachers on conducting holistic lessons and caring for children.
• Maintains a safe and hygienic environment for children and staff.
• Manages the centre enrollment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership.
• Preferably with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• At least 2-3 years of managerial experience as a Principal.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
