Job Scope:

1. Plan and Implement Curriculum and Programmes
2. Develop and implement teaching and caregiving activities, considering the safety and wellbeing of the children, and aligned with principles and the relevant curriculum frameworks.
3. Use the school's software management systems to streamline processes and tasks effectively.
4. Design a quality learning environment with developmentally appropriate learning materials and resources.
5. Evaluate documentation of children's learning and development to better inform planning and teaching.
6. Identify potential teaching and learning methods based on emerging sector trends.
7. Build Stakeholder Relationships and Partnerships
8. Foster a culture of collaboration within the Centre through effective communication strategies.
9. Identify opportunities to collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and learning between home and the Centre.
10. Manage Family and Community Programmes:
11. Develop and guide the execution of outreach activities to promote the Centre's programmes and services.
12. Evaluate family and community initiatives and programmes for continuous improvement.
13. Review and follow standards and procedures for routine caregiving. Identify opportunities for improving routine caregiving practices.
14. Uplift Professional Practice:
15. Commit to continuous professional development, analyzing and proposing improvements to professional practice and service quality activities.
16. Actively promote the Centre's vision, mission, and values.
