The Challenges:

• Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and framework of the organization
• Prepare lesson plans in accordance with the school’s curriculum
• Record children’s progress and address their educational and developmental needs individually
• Attend to parent's feedback and work alongside them to ensure the well-being of the children
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom

What it Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a passion for inspiring young lives
