Preschool Educator @ Tiong Bahru

About the role
Super Talent Childcare Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Educator to join our team at our Tiong Bahru location. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our students aged 3-6 years old.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool students

• Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning

• Closely monitoring and documenting the progress and wellbeing of each child, providing regular updates to parents

• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods

• Maintaining a safe and clean classroom, ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed

• Participating in staff training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills

What we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a preschool educator

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impact on young lives

• A valid early childhood teaching certification or willingness to obtain one
