Early Childhood Principal/Vice Principal

• Working Location: Pasir Panjang, and more!
• Working Days: 5 Days Monday to Friday
• Salary: Basic $4,000 - $5,800
• Qualifications: Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) / Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.
• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
• Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicable.
• Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters.
• Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation to improve overall performance standards and competencies.
• Set the direction for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management.
• Manage relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues, and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately.
• Manage and optimise centre resources and implement specific centre programs, initiatives, and events.
• Handle centre administrative matters and enrolment.
• Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies.
• Prepare budget and control budget expenditures.
