This individual will coordinate closely with internal sales, R&D and business analyst to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned product to customers and partners.
Collaborates with sales by acting as technical experts in customer presentation.
Setups environments for sales to do demo / presentation and makes sure everything ready for the demo / presentation.
Gathers technical requirements from prospective clients.
Maintain and develop highlevel prospect and customer relationships to retain existing business and develop new opportunities
Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training.
Perform software product installation, configuration, and maintenance for the customers
Conducts first level technical assistance and product education.
Determines product selections by analysing, testing, recommending the options
Contributes to sales by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Assists sales in responding to RFIs/RFPs
Communicates product feedback to product development and sales.
Scouting and appointing more resellers & distributors in the Region.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Must have a positive/patient attitude
Strong attention to detail
Prior experience in POS industry is a definite plus
Knowledge in MS SQL
Ability to multi-task and work on tight schedules.
Great teamwork spirit yet have the ability to work individually when required
