Pre-Sales Engineer, Integrated Security System Solutions Job Description
The role requires the applicant to design and conceptualise the integration of multiple physical security solutions to ensure solutions are cost effective, scalable and aligned to customers security needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand the clients requirements for physical security needs and requirements.
Support and provide technical solutioning and support during the pre-sales process supporting the sales team during tenders for solutioning, costing and validation, including, product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-concept activities, technical specifications, integration plans and compliance.
Design and propose comprehensive integrated physical security solutions including but not limited to access control solutions, surveillance systems, ingress protection solutions.
Collaborate closely with the project team to hand over the design concept, costing, etc for the next phase of project implementation.
Work together with industry partners and vendors to ensure proposed solutions are robust in design and up-to date.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Security, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:5 years of experience in Integrated physical security pre-sales, system integration, or a related technical field.
Relevant Skills:
Team Player with strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task during peak seasons
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong understanding of Integrated physical security platforms and technologies
