Pre-sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle, assisting our dynamic sales team and interacting directly with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the technical subject matter expert during sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the capabilities of our warehouse automation solutions to prospective clients.
2. Conduct comprehensive site assessments to understand customer requirements, potential challenges, and integration opportunities.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to the clients' unique needs.
4. Provide technical guidance to our customers, answering any queries related to the implementation, functionality, and benefits of our automation systems.
5. Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other related documents, ensuring that technical specifications and capabilities are accurately represented.
6. Establish strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and positioning our company as a trusted advisor in warehouse automation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, ideally within the warehouse automation or similar industry.
3. Understanding of warehouse operations, warehouse control systems, and autonomous machinery is an advantage.
4. Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
6. Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
