Pre-Sales Consultant (Hospitality)

This top-tier communication service provider is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to be based in Singapore. Newly created, this fully remote role will report to VP Sales based overseas. You will be working with luxury hotel brands to assist them on their communication systems/infrastructure. Using your knowledge of the industry, you will assess and understand the technical needs to assist the sales leader to propose appropriate communication solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
• Build compelling sales proposals and lead solution demonstrations via Teams or in person.
• Engage potential clients to assess their existing communication systems and propose tailored PBX solutions.
• Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct pre-sales experience with an understanding of the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Working knowledge of communication solutions including traditional on-premises PBX systems and cloud-based IP solutions.
• Well-spoken and articulate, you will have a proven track record working with major global hotel brands.
• With good presentation skills, you will be comfortable doing demos on communication solutions while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
