Coordinate the preparation of vehicles to be delivered to customers and supervising the contractors to ensure timely completion of vehicles for delivery.
Monitor & coordinate closely with Sales team on the intended delivery of new vehicle.
Assist and facilitate quotations from vendors for adhoc accessories spec up for new vehicles.
Supervise contractors to ensure quality completion of jobs carried out.
Perform QC checks on vehicles after PDI completion for QA inspection.
Draw out parts from parts store to supply to new vehicle.
Receive Parts from suppliers and to account for the stocks in details.
Arrange for transport companies to deliver vehicles to end user.
Upkeep and maintain the work premises for proper daily usage.
Update vehicle stock count and tracking of car movement in and out of licensed warehouse.
Secure licensed warehouse after movement of vehicles.
Review & validate PDI RO / PO to consolidate the final invoicing.
Assist Vehicle Admin dept. to take photos for homologation purpose.
Inspect vehicles when they arrive in licensed warehouse.
Notify Vehicle Admin Executive / Manager of any defects or missing items.
Manage vehicle storage parking in bonded area.
Carry out job duties with due diligence as assigned by Manager / Executive on an adhoc basis.
Requirements
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in management or equivalent.
3 years experience in motor trade industry, knowledge of standard operating procedure important is preferred.
