Postsales Engineer (CyberArk)

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: West
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with a recognised organisation and they are looking for Postsales Engineer (CyberArk) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with a company that values diversity, lifelong learning, and individual development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales responsibilities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels.
• Perform on-site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
• Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
• Familiar with compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Familiar with deployment experience on CyberArk PAM/Access/EPM.
