The Chronobiology and Sleep Laboratory (CSL) at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore, is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to carry out research under the theme “Sleep and Learning Analytics”.
The research fellow will lead research projects that involve generating and mining large datasets in University students, in order to identify factors that give rise to individual differences in sleep and learning, and strategies for improving sleep and learning. The research fellow will be responsible for analyzing behavioural and physiologic datasets, and preparing reports and manuscripts. The fellow must have a strong track record of creativity and problem-solving, as evidenced by published work in peer-reviewed journals.
Previous experience in sleep or learning analytics research is preferred, but not required. Individuals with a background in the following areas will be considered: cognitive neuroscience, psychology, engineering, and computer science. Competitive applicants will have experience analyzing large data sets, with a solid background in statistics and different modelling approaches.
