Our client, a renowned multinational corporation specializing in marine transportation services, is seeking a Post-Fixture Coordinator to join their team!

Reporting to: Deputy General Manager & General Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Compute chemical laytime calculations.
2. Issue accounts receivable such as freight and rebills, and follow up.
3. Raise accounts payable vouchers, arrange payment, and follow up.
4. Liaise with various departments including Accounting, Chartering, Operations, Business Planning, and Group Planning.
5. Handle reports for month-end closing purposes.

Requirements & Preferences:
(Must)

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Shipping, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in post-fixture operations, preferably in a chemical tanker or a shipping company with a multi-cargo voyage model.
3. Knowledge of maritime operations, shipping contracts, and cargo handling.
4. Strong understanding of charter party agreements, voyage operations, and laytime calculations.

1. Knowledge of IMOS is advantageous.
2. Experience working in a Chemical tanker company.
3. Understanding parcel tanker operations is highly preferred.
4. Prior experience in a shipping company that manages multiple charterers per voyage is an advantage.
