The exciting opportunity is with a leading provider of workplace technology. The company is dedicated to enhancing work life by offering improved user experiences, optimized workflows, seamless collaboration anytime and anywhere, and advanced digital infrastructure solutions.

As part of their expansion plans, we are looking for a skilled AV Solutions or Audio-Visual Specialist with a passion for marketing solutions that resonate with customers. This role involves highlighting competitive advantages, defining the value proposition, and creating market launch strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify market insights, assess commercial opportunities, and evaluate the relevance of Hybrid Workplace solutions based on customer needs.
2. Manage a portfolio that includes Unified Communications, Meeting Solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Workplace Management solutions.
3. Oversee portfolio marketing activities in the APAC region.
4. Collaborate with operating countries and departments to capture the Customer's Voice and define, develop, and launch differentiated business domains and services to drive revenue and profitability.
5. Support joint go-to-market efforts with strategic partners to ensure continuity in lifecycle management and deliver value to the company and its customers.
6. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to assess, target, and develop solutions aligned with the company’s vision and strategy.

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience in Audio-Visual Solutions, Meeting Solutions / Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Workplace Experience platforms (SaaS).
2. Product management and marketing experience.
3. Proven track record in developing and packaging solutions, as well as creating portfolio marketing strategies.
4. Skilled in presenting recommendations to executive management.
5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and uncertain environment.
6. Experience in designing and implementing successful strategies to generate market demand for new products and services.
