Portfolio Analyst / Senior Portfolio Analyst

Job Description

You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team in CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, International.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Head of Department in managing the overseas portfolio
2. Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio
3. Prepare management reports and board papers
4. Review and monitor asset enhancement initiatives
5. Assist in annual budgeting exercise
6. Carry out annual valuation of properties
7. Work closely with overseas operations to align their policies and processes with HQ

Requirements

1. Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification will be an added advantage
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing office or logistics assets
3. Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
4. Possess strong analytical and financial skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
