Reporting to the Chief Concierge, the incumbent will be responsible to:-

• Greet guests at the Hotel entrance;
• Acknowledge, welcome and depart all guests to and from the Hotel, providing assistance with guests’ luggage;
• Ensure smooth flow of traffic at the Hotel driveway;
• Assist guests at the lobby and driveway;
• Ensure all guest luggages are delivered to room / brought down from room.

Requirements:-

• At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
• Customer service oriented, energetic and proactive.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
