The Operations practice is integral to ensuring the seamless functioning of our practices across over 200 markets globally. By implementing strategies that drive business success, the Operations team plays a pivotal role in supporting consultant teams throughout the project lifecycle. Their responsibilities include the effective management of pricing, resourcing, and delivery of complex consultancy projects. This ensures that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Role summary
The PMO Manager is an experienced Project Manager within the PMO team, who plays a crucial role in driving the efficiency and success of the company’s operations. You will also support your own practice area, ensuring effective resource management and project delivery. Additionally, you will work with, and oversee members of the PMO team, supervise key processes and activities, and drive continuous improvement, contributing to the overall strategic goals and growth of the wider practices and organisation.
We work in a flexible hybrid model, typically aligning each employee to one of our global offices, with each person spending 2 days per week in the office, and 3 days remote. Our diverse, international client base of technology giants, start-ups and governments will provide the opportunity to work on multiple projects on behalf of industry leading companies.
