About Us: We are a vibrant and exciting children's play area dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for families to play, learn, and create memories together. Our facility offers a range of activities and play areas designed to stimulate children's imaginations and promote active play.

Job Description: As a supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our children's play area. You will be the first point of contact for parents and children, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warmly welcome parents and children, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Perform computer tasks and administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries via phone or email, and maintaining records.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area by resetting toys, sanitizing surfaces, and conducting general cleaning tasks.
5. Monitor the play area to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and regulations.
6. Assist with special events or activities as needed, including birthday parties, holiday programs, and themed activities.

Requirements:

1. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
5. A passion for working with children and families.
6. Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.
7. 5 day work week (9 hours/day).

Compensation: $2800-3200. Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
