Platform Engineer

• Job Description & Requirements
  Provides hands-on technical expertise, resolves issues at L2 level.
  Assists and responds promptly to incidents, investigates, and provides temporary/permanent resolutions to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware, Operating System, Database performance, capacity, resiliency, stability, replication, and other key aspects.
  Researches and recommends solutions that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements.
  Provides technical support to application development teams.
  Evaluates release of Middleware, Operating System, Database components, and its tools to ensure the entire environment is compliant with no/minimal impact.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Understanding of protocols like HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/SFTP/AS2, etc.
Programming experience in Java.
Some network concepts/crypto like how to generate keys & understand RSA concepts.
Ability to write Unix Shell & Bash scripts.
Familiarity with Linux operating system and commands.
Capability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently.
