Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
• Daily performance log management of WWTP
• Daily monitoring of plant performance
• Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Preventive maintenance of electrical and instruments
• Electrical & instruments component health check
• Daily chemical top-up and maintain the correct level
• Daily reporting to management of plant performance
• Calibration of instruments as per schedule
• Ensure WWTP compliance with ISO standards
• Control and monitoring system review
• Conduct daily housekeeping and 5S
• Conduct minor maintenance (bi-monthly) and major maintenance (bi-annually)
