The Job

1. Ensure the reliability and usability of all plant equipment.
2. Develop and manage equipment service and replacement schedules.
3. Optimize equipment efficiency by refining service and maintenance procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and equipment standards.
5. Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
6. Evaluate maintenance strategies and identify cost reduction opportunities.
7. Supervise contractors, manage project costs, and review performance.
8. Ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery and collaborate with technical teams for improvements.

The Talent

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an MNC Chemical Plant.
3. Strong knowledge of chemical processes and ESH regulations.
4. Proficient with computers and data analysis.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning abilities.
6. Immediate starter will be an advantage.
