Plant Director-Plastic Manufacturing (Oversea)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.
2. Responsible for day-to-day business and long-term strategies execution for growth.
3. Direct and implement short-term goals such as high efficiencies, high quality, low customer and consumer complaints, on-time deliveries, excellent safety records, cost control, gross margin management, and excellent human relations.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
5. Manage the business in line with growth by ensuring the introduction of new equipment and systems that meet cost, quality, customer, safety, and security requirements.
6. Manage subordinates in production and maintenance, quality, EHS, supply chain, production planning, purchasing, process, and project engineering functions.
7. Manage subordinates' day-to-day activities in finance, human resources, and information technology functions.
8. Direct sales and product development resources, particularly on daily tasks and new or improved products, to ensure customer and consumer requirements are met or exceeded.
9. Define, develop, organize, supervise, and coordinate plans for problem-solving activities of the entire organization.
10. Follow necessary compliance requirements.
11. Assist ownership in staying apprised of new product, business, and/or industry developments and trends.
12. Other assignments as needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of ten years experience in manufacturing.
2. Minimum of 15 years operations management experience.
3. Strong business sense and decision-making ability.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at English and Mandarin.
5. Working location is not in Singapore; role is open for candidates who are willing to relocate.
