Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for material production scheduling, inventory forecasting and planning functions to meet customers’ requirements
• Manage all licenses’ sale orders, forecasts and shipments to meet sales budget
• Lead and manage all materials planning for all unitized material in an efficient manner with the various departments (Procurement, QA, Production, etc.)
• Responsible for material control and inventory for all ingredients and packaging materials
• Lead and drive production planning master schedule to meet orders and delivery
• Identify and manage ingredients write off, inventory holding and work with R&D various departments to meet costs management targets
• Lead and run MRP for ingredients, packaging materials on daily/weekly basis
• Communicate daily/weekly production, procurement and delivery plans
• Administer document control and ensure compliance to ISO and internal/external audits
• Prepare and submit ingredients requisitions
• Monitor trends, reports and data to ensure forward planning and minimum disruption to production schedule
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in respective areas
• Support R&D product and packaging team on new raw material and packaging development for material risk evaluation in food safety and quality
• Support Business units in projects

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in any Discipline
• Minimum 3 years of Planning Experience
