Planning Executive (Demand and Supply)

Job Responsibilities

• Work with Sales team on monthly sales plan for Finish Goods by item level on monthly basis, especially for outstanding project orders.
• Perform analysis on supply and sales trends for developing stocking policy and product mix.
• Analyse and report Project Order cancellation, Overdue Project delivery, and Delivery Forecast Accuracy.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to regional and head office on sales forecast, purchase, and inventory plan for 18 months.
• Assist SCM Manager to analysis and plan together with sales to manage launch of NPI products, and clearance of Excess and Obsolete inventory.
• Work with Buyer team and factory on last time purchase for obsolete models base on sales trend and forecast.
• Work on supply recovery plan with buyer team and factory for inventory stockout or shortfalls.
• Assist SCM Manager to organize and plan stock take (Mar and Sep), compute stock adjustment QTY and amount, and report on discrepancies with action plans.
• Assist SCM Manager in inventory purchase budgeting, estimating and target inventory landing.
• Document SCM work processes, stocking policies and operation controls.
• Work with IT on UAT testing for SAP implementation projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in planning and inventory management.
• Possess SAP knowledge will be an advantage especially on MM and SD modules.
