Work with Sales team on monthly sales plan for Finish Goods by item level on monthly basis, especially for outstanding project orders.
Perform analysis on supply and sales trends for developing stocking policy and product mix.
Analyse and report Project Order cancellation, Overdue Project delivery, and Delivery Forecast Accuracy.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to regional and head office on sales forecast, purchase, and inventory plan for 18 months.
Assist SCM Manager to analysis and plan together with sales to manage launch of NPI products, and clearance of Excess and Obsolete inventory.
Work with Buyer team and factory on last time purchase for obsolete models base on sales trend and forecast.
Work on supply recovery plan with buyer team and factory for inventory stockout or shortfalls.
Assist SCM Manager to organize and plan stock take (Mar and Sep), compute stock adjustment QTY and amount, and report on discrepancies with action plans.
Assist SCM Manager in inventory purchase budgeting, estimating and target inventory landing.
Document SCM work processes, stocking policies and operation controls.
Work with IT on UAT testing for SAP implementation projects.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience in planning and inventory management.
Possess SAP knowledge will be an advantage especially on MM and SD modules.
