Picking Line Leader (F&B Warehouse)

Benefits Summary:

• Warehouse Picking Line Leader
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $3,000 + AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm
• Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks based on real-time operational needs.
• Report any shortages of goods to the Room in Charge or Warehouse Executive.
• Monitor work progress to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Report any equipment or machine malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Inform the warehouse supervisor if workers are unfit for duty.
• Ensure team members complete their tasks on time.
• Supervise team discipline and adherence to work protocols.
• Oversee team members to ensure picking accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Verify that team members complete their required checklists.
• Ensure equipment and machines are inspected for abnormalities.
• Alert QA or the supervisor about any raw material quality issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in the warehouse department
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety
• Be a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
