As a Physiotherapist, you will provide specialized rehabilitation services to help clients recover from injuries and enhance their physical function, primarily through Home-Based Therapy (HBT). Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans for clients.
2. Implementing effective intervention strategies to address clients' specific needs.
3. Working extensively with exercise specialists (ES) to advise and co-plan exercise programs.
4. Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
5. Educating clients on injury prevention, pain management, and overall wellness.
6. Providing support and motivation to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
7. Managing the rehabilitation process not only for clients but also for oneself and family members as needed.
8. Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
9. Documenting clients' progress and maintaining accurate records of treatments and outcomes.
10. Utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest research to inform treatment plans and exercise programs.
11. Staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and technologies to continually improve the quality of care provided.
