Assist in dispensing medications as prescribed by the doctors under the supervision of the Centre Manager.
In charge of the drug’s inventories by ensuring sufficient drugs are maintained at all times, drugs with near expiry date are exchanged and/or written off, and the pharmacy is properly kept and maintained.
Assist the Finance department in conducting the monthly inventory count.
Assist in front counter duties including but not limited to processing of patients’ registration, arranging doctors’ schedules, calling patients to remind them of their appointments, cashiering duties, and maintaining patients’ relations generally.
Raise purchase requisition and purchase order when stock balance reaches reorder level.
Familiarity with the medication available in the clinic and related companies.
Serve as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and dosage.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing of patients' reports.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Manager or his/her nominee.
