Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs, providing sales reports and forecasts.
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Plan events and manage partnerships for business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and product teams for alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years in medical or healthcare sales & leadership.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, supplements, and healthcare.
• Experience managing teams and optimizing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and market analysis skills.
• Willing to travel in Southeast Asia.
