My client, a leading company in the petrochemical industry dedicated to delivering high-quality petrochemical products to global clients, is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in bulk sales to join a dynamic growing team.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our petrochemical products, with a strong emphasis on bulk sales.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, particularly in the bulk sales sector.
  3. Lead Generation and Client Development: Prospect and qualify leads, develop relationships with potential and existing clients, and convert leads into profitable sales.
  4. Negotiate and Close Sales Contracts: Negotiate and secure sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals and client satisfaction.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
  6. Sales Presentations and Communication: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, clearly communicating the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products.
  7. Sales Data Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, forecast sales, and develop strategies to improve performance.
  8. Marketing Initiatives Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that promote our products and services.
  9. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the company.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in bulk sales, preferably within the petrochemical industry.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals, particularly in bulk sales.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of petrochemical products and the global market is a plus.
  • Travel: There will be a requirement for travel internationally.
