Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management and coordination.
Screen and prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls, responding on behalf of the Director when necessary.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while considering cost-effective options.
Assist in organizing internal and external events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
Conduct research, gather data, and compile information for various projects and presentations.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
Assist in managing expenses, invoices, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Act as a liaison between the Director and other departments, teams, and external stakeholders.
Handle personal errands and tasks as directed by the Director, contributing to a balanced work-life for the Director.
Job Requirements:
Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data analytics, or a related field (prefer university in top 100 QS World University Rankings).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate the needs of the Director.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.

Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Availability for frequently overseas business travel, as required by the Director's schedule and business needs.
