Job description

THE ROLE

The role of the Personal Assistant is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports and presentation slides.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
  • Facilitate the organization of events, arranging venues, catering, and managing guest lists.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting C-suite or Senior Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating the needs of the CEO.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work independently.
  • High degree of professionalism, maturity, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work outside regular office hours when needed.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
