Qualifications:
At least two years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative support role; prior experience serving a CEO or senior executive is preferred.
Proficient in scheduling, travel planning, and task management with attention to detail and high efficiency.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and partners.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of staying calm in a fast-paced work environment.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written); candidates with international communication experience are preferred.
