Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule management and itinerary planning.
  • Business trip and travel arrangements.
  • Coordination and management of CEO-related affairs.
  • Ensuring safety and privacy protection.
  • Document and email management.
  • Communication and collaboration.
  • Handling emergencies and responding to unexpected situations.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative support role; prior experience serving a CEO or senior executive is preferred.
  • Proficient in scheduling, travel planning, and task management with attention to detail and high efficiency.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and partners.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of staying calm in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written); candidates with international communication experience are preferred.
  • High professional standards and an efficient work style, with the ability to handle complex and demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to travel overseas.
