Responsibilities:
Proactively and independently support the executive team by handling various assignments across diverse business lines
Attend meetings/events, prepare meeting minutes, presentation slides, and maintain accurate documentation with a keen attention to detail
Organise and coordinate meetings, travel plans, facilitating business appointments; and submit monthly claims on behalf of the executive team
Track and monitor the progress of marketing and sales performance, participate in sales meetings, submit reports and updates on a regular basis
Be involved in supporting other departments, and also other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Cover reception duties as needed, assist and support guests, and create a welcome environment for all stakeholders
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
Preference for individuals with at least 2 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
Mature, meticulous, strong problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking partners) due to job requirements
Willing to take the initiative to learn and take responsibility at work
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients and colleagues based in China where their primary language is Mandarin)
