Permanent Technician Lead #SPT

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians for daily operation of key engineering services including general maintenance, repairs and A&A works.

• Control of work performance and standard.

• Preparation and execution of engineering services term contracts.

• Budget preparation, tracking and control.

• Supervision of contractors and ensure proper preventive maintenance measures are in place.

• Raise PO/WO for vendors and contractors.

• Assist tenancy / exploration works.

• Attend to tenant's feedback and complaints.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with at least 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD would be advantageous.
