Responsibilities

• Support the Events department in event preparation such as event proposals and research work
• Communicate and liaise with external vendors
• Provide event logistics support and coordination for planning and execution of events
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines
• Comfortable to work within tight timelines
• Proficient with MS Office
