The Job:
Administrative support like travel arrangement, meeting coordination and arrangement
Facilitate new member onboarding process
Define SOPs for accounting process
Event Management
Coordinate and organize on site and off site activities
Review and analyze reports
Prepare invoices and compile reports
Handle other ad hoc duties when assigned
The Requirements:
Min Diploma/ Degree with min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
