Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Regional lead for marketing activities and product promotion for Asia.
  • Be the liaison between Asia team and Kalamazoo marketing team to ensure consistent global branding and key messages at Asia tradeshows, customer innovation days, and meetings.
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows and customer events to maximize lead generation and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with global marketing and product strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure marketing materials – such as printed collateral, promotional items, corporate apparel, event banners, and graphics – meet both regional market needs and global brand standards.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) used to share and track marketing results.
  • Provide support and resources to Asia Sales and Application team by developing marketing trends presentations, sales tools, concepts, or demos with consistent global brand messaging.
  • Work with channel partner marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing materials and competitive advantages are leveraged to maximum effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with Global Marketing and Product Management teams to lead the development of marketing and branding strategy in Asia for new and existing products and applications.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of food safety management system processes and documentation to ensure the highest level of food safety within our organization.
  • Be aware of the company's Quality Assurance policy and objectives. Observe these policy provisions and fulfill in all respects the requirements of his/her job. Quality Assurance procedures as defined in the quality manual shall be strictly observed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or Food/Nutritional Science.
  • 7 years of marketing and product management experience in Asia Pacific, preferably with food ingredients or FMCG background.
  • Intermediate level of experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
  • Overseas business travel is required.
