Job description
Responsibilities:
Regional lead for marketing activities and product promotion for Asia.
Be the liaison between Asia team and Kalamazoo marketing team to ensure consistent global branding and key messages at Asia tradeshows, customer innovation days, and meetings.
Lead the planning and execution of trade shows and customer events to maximize lead generation and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with global marketing and product strategies.
Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure marketing materials – such as printed collateral, promotional items, corporate apparel, event banners, and graphics – meet both regional market needs and global brand standards.
Knowledge of marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) used to share and track marketing results.
Provide support and resources to Asia Sales and Application team by developing marketing trends presentations, sales tools, concepts, or demos with consistent global brand messaging.
Work with channel partner marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing materials and competitive advantages are leveraged to maximum effectiveness.
Work collaboratively with Global Marketing and Product Management teams to lead the development of marketing and branding strategy in Asia for new and existing products and applications.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of food safety management system processes and documentation to ensure the highest level of food safety within our organization.
Be aware of the company's Quality Assurance policy and objectives. Observe these policy provisions and fulfill in all respects the requirements of his/her job. Quality Assurance procedures as defined in the quality manual shall be strictly observed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or Food/Nutritional Science.
7 years of marketing and product management experience in Asia Pacific, preferably with food ingredients or FMCG background.
Intermediate level of experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
