Job Responsibilities:
Serves as a strategic business partner to the site leadership team
Delivery of all HR business partnering functions: Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning & Performance Management, Colleague Relations, Culture, Compensation & Benefits implementation, Communications etc
Focus on and deliver against the following key priorities: cultivate culture, hire high quality talents and bring onboard all headcount requirements as plan, build organization capability, oversee talent management, identify, develop and improve retention of high performers and high potentials
Provide professional advice to HQ and stakeholders to achieve business goals
Building company culture and people development
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners
Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings
Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and global HR vision
Compensation & Benefits: Implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, regularly benchmarking against industry standards.
Participate in Global or regional HR projects
Job Requirements:
Degree and above
Experienced in Pharma or manufacturing industries
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong in Talent Management and talent development
Excellent in communication skills
Salary: Ranges from $11000-$15000 per month X 13 with attractive allowances
