PERM REGIONAL HR MANAGER

Our client is a MNC in the commodities industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full HR generalist duties, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, payroll operations, etc.
2. Take leadership role in overseeing Regional HR functions.
3. Provide professional advice to HQ and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
4. Build company culture and people development.
5. Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings.
6. Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and global HR vision.
7. Compensation & Benefits: Implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, regularly benchmarking against industry standards.
8. HR Operations: Streamline processes, leverage HR analytics, and ensure accurate HR reporting.
9. Participate in any other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree and above.
2. Experience in commodities industry.
3. Proficient in MS Excel.
4. Strong in recruitment for traders and commodities functions.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Ranges from $11,000 - $15,000 per month.
