The Medical Technologist is responsible for providing diagnostic testing on in vitro fertilized embryos of patients undergoing pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT).

• Conduct PGT for common gene disorders and chromosomal abnormalities.
• Develop custom diagnostic assays for rare gene disorders.
• Conduct PGT for Aneuploidy.
• Involve in the general administrative operation and services of the Centre, and R&D aspect.
• Participate in annual External Quality Assessment (EQA).
• Attend to telephone enquiries/calls and trace results when requested.
• Participate in service quality activities/program.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor(s).

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences or related qualification.
• Related experience in Molecular Biology, Genomics and Genetics.
• Competent in Computer Literacy.
