Full-Time Customer Care Specialist Needed @ Greenwich Area – Near Tampines/Hougang!

Job Experience as Customer Care from Logistics or Manufacturing Industry Needed*

• Salary: Up to $3.5K (Depending on Experience)

• Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Greenwich Drive (Company transport provided at Serangoon)

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.

• Respond to customer inquiries, address follow-ups, and provide order-related assistance.

• Handle and resolve customer concerns and feedback in a timely manner.

• Communicate delivery schedules effectively with all relevant stakeholders.

• Work closely with logistics teams and third-party providers to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.

• Review and verify compliance documents, such as certificates of analysis, and update inspection statuses.

• Prepare, compile, and distribute order confirmations and daily reports.

• Maintain an up-to-date customer contact database for efficient record-keeping.

• Organize and manage filing systems for quick and easy document access.

• Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
