PERM LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST REQUIRED I UP TO 3.5K

JOB ROLE: CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (LOGISTICS)

Timing: Day Shift: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $2500 - $3500/Mth

Locations: Greenwich Drive (Company Transport Provided)

Duties:

• Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
• Handling and resolving customer feedbacks.
• Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
• Co-ordinate with Logistics/3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify certificate of analysis/compliance, applying inspection status.
• Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
• Maintaining database of customer contacts.
• Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
• Any other duties as assigned.
