• Conduct reviews for chronic medical conditions and practice in a manner aligned with the patient’s goals of care, according to best medical evidence and practices.
• Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions, prescribe medications, perform minor surgical procedures and initiate referrals for specialist reviews where necessary.
• Work with a team of fellow doctors, nurses and care coordinators in order to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
• Support company's overarching strategic goals by engaging with community partners, grassroots organizations and regional health systems where opportunities arise.
• Explore and take part in medical innovation and novel care delivery models.

• Medical degree recognized by the Singapore Medical Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine / MMed (Family Medicine) is advantageous.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
